Florida State University supports up to 20, two-year postdoctoral fellowships in various departments within the College of Arts & Sciences in order to prepare scholars for an academic position with a combined teaching and research mission. The Postdoctoral Scholar serves as the Instructor of Record for at least one course during the position, and is mentored throughout the teaching process. Summers are free of teaching responsibilities and have a 100% commitment to research. Scholars work with both their teaching and research mentors to develop an IDP and are encouraged to participate in professional development activities with the FSU Postdoctoral Association. Salary is $47,658, with health benefits.
