AACR Postdoctoral and Clinical Research Fellow Funding
Fight Colorectal Cancer-AACR Fellowship, in memory of Lisa Dubow
This fellowship represents a joint effort to encourage and support a postdoctoral or clinical research fellow, in the first five years of postdoctoral fellowship, to conduct translational or clinical research that focuses on novel therapeutic approaches for late-stage metastatic colorectal cancer. This grant will support a project designed to lead to individualized therapeutic options for treatment or the development of promising new cancer therapeutics for patients with metastatic colorectal cancer. The fellowship provides a one-year grant of $50,000 to support the salary and benefits of the fellow while working on mentored metastatic colorectal cancer research.
QuadW Foundation-AACR Fellowship for Clinical/Translational Sarcoma Research
This fellowship represents a joint effort to encourage and support a postdoctoral or clinical research fellow to conduct translational or clinical sarcoma research and to establish a successful career path in this field. The Fellowship provides a one-year grant of $50,000 to support the salary and benefits of the Fellow while working on mentored sarcoma research.
AACR Clinical and Translational Cancer Research Fellowships
These fellowships are open to Postdoctoral and Clinical Research Fellows working at an academic, medical, or research institution who will be in the first 5 years of their postdoctoral training at the start of the grant term. Proposed research projects may be in any area of clinical and/or translational cancer research. The fellowships provide a one-year grant of $45,000 to support the salary and benefits of the Fellow while working on a mentored clinical and/or translational cancer research project. A partial amount of the funds may be designated for non-personnel research expenses, such as research/laboratory supplies. It is anticipated that at least three fellowships will be funded.
